When trying to find the best way to describe this section of EFM, the word “sustenance” seemed most appropriate. This section is about my journey to wellness by examining and changing my diet and nutrition habits coupled with fitness. I’m not an expert and this is not a food or fitness blog. This is just a passionate woman sharing her experience about some trendy lifestyles. I’ll share what I know and have learned, but know these are all opinions and not everyone has the same results.
