Lunch: Garlic Rosemary Pork Loin & potatoes

Dinner: Mexican “Rice” Bowls
All your favorites from Chipotle, just using cauliflower rice instead of regular rice. (Ideas: your favorite meat, bell peppers, compliant salsa, onions, etc.)

 

Saturday

Breakfast: BLT Quiche

Lunch: Loaded Chili Sweet Potato Fries

Dinner: Asian Meatballs

 

Sunday

Breakfast: Eggs, sausage and hash browns

Lunch: Asian Meatballs

Dinner: Salmon Cakes and fruit
