Whole30 Menu: Week 3

Week 3: Days 15-21

Another week under the belt! Starting to feel really good and LOVING this food! Ok, now for week 3. You are going to see a few repeats as we had some unexpected events come up and we didn’t need all our meals last week. I’m not one to let ingredients go to waste, so either enjoy those things with me again, or I challenge you to throw something new together for those meals you’d rather not have again. 🙂

Dinner: Coconut Lime Chicken on a potato

Friday

Breakfast: Breakfast for One

Lunch: Coconut Lime Chicken w/cauliflower rice

Dinner: Steaks w/sweet potato gnocchi

Saturday

Breakfast: Chimichanga Breakfast Skillet

Lunch: Salmon Cakes and fruit

Dinner: Spaghetti Squash Casserole

Sunday

Breakfast: Breakfast Hash Skillet & Eggs

Lunch: Spaghetti Squash Casserole

Dinner: Mexican “Rice” Bowls
All your favorites from Chipotle, just using cauliflower rice instead of regular rice. (Ideas: your favorite meat, bell peppers, compliant salsa, onions, etc.)
